Delivery and availability
All prices are stated inclusive of VAT. Standard delivery is charged at £4.95 to mainland UK. We aim to deliver your order within 5-10 working days if the goods are in stock. Most deliveries within the UK are sent recorded delivery and should arrive within two to three working days. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. If you would like your goods to be sent to a more convenient address (eg. to work), please include these details in the delivery address boxes. If you require urgent delivery, please ask and we will do what we can to rush it to you.

We would be delighted to send items overseas. Postage will be charged at cost on a direct weight basis.
Receipt & Returns
We hope that you will love your Blueberry Park little luxury. If, however, your goods arrive damaged, please notify us by phone or email within 24 hours on 07717 310928 so that we can investigate. If you should find the item is unsuitable, we will be happy to refund or exchange it provided it is returned to us within 14 days, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Please carefully re-pack the item in its original packaging, and return to us using an insured delivery service.
How to Return Goods
- Complete the returns form enclosed with your order, giving details of the product you are sending back and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Pack the item/s back in the parcel, include the returns form and send it to: Blueberry Park, PO Box, Leeds LS
- We strongly recommend that you either send your parcel recorded delivery or obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. Please note we will only refund return postage on damaged or faulty goods.
- Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the person who bought the gift.
- We process returns as soon as they arrive. Any exchanges should be dispatched within 2 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
- The above process must be followed to ensure you receive a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Descriptions and Prices
Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, specifications and colours are a realistic representation of the actual product. However, due to the hand-made nature of our products, slight variations may occur in shape, size and colour.
